In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of the return costs which remain his responsibility.
Before any return, we invite you to contact our After-Sales Service to find out the return procedure and to obtain the return address, which is different from our billing address.

Any package sent to an address different from the one provided to you may not be received and may be returned by the carrier to the sender.
Returned products must be properly protected for transport and accompanied, where possible, by their original packaging and any accessories.
The consumer may handle and examine the product only to the extent necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning, as they would in a store. If handling exceeds what is necessary and results in a depreciation of the product, the consumer may be held liable in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code.
For reasons of hygiene and health protection, certain products cannot be returned if they have been unsealed after delivery, in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code.
This applies in particular to the following products when they have been unsealed or used:

• body care products (creams, lotions, oils, soaps, lip balms, etc.);
• tongue scrapers;
• neti pots and nasal catheters (Sutra Neti);
• unsealed CDs and DVDs;
• books having been damaged (folded pages, annotated pages, damaged cover or binding);
• any other product whose seal has been removed when it is intended to guarantee hygiene or health protection.

In the event of a return of a product which cannot benefit from the right of withdrawal or which has suffered significant depreciation due to use which exceeds the simple verification of its characteristics, Chin Mudra will inform the customer of the refusal of reimbursement or the reduction of the amount reimbursed, in accordance with legal provisions.
In the event of a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, the return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer. The customer must retain proof of shipment until the package is received by Chin Mudra.
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original order, unless the customer expressly agrees to a different method. Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible and no later than fourteen (14) days after the returned products are received or proof of shipment is provided, whichever occurs first.

For orders placed on the site reserved for professionals, return costs remain the responsibility of the professional, unless otherwise agreed by Chin Mudra.
