Delivery in France

Our prices are indicated in euros, taxes and VAT included. The shipping costs of items ordered and delivered in France are the responsibility of the customer, and will be invoiced according to a price list applied by Chin Mudra SAS, depending on the final weight of the order (You can see the cost of delivery when you have validated your basket).
The price guaranteed to the buyer is the price indicated on the product sheet on the date of acceptance of the order by Chin Mudra SAS. Chin Mudra SAS reserves the right to modify its sales prices at any time. Customers who are absent at the time of delivery will have a period of fifteen days to collect the package from their post office and eight days to collect the package from Mondial Relay relay points; any package not claimed by the customer within this period will be returned to us by the postal services/Mondial Relay. The customer must then, if they wish, receive their products by paying, once again, the transport costs as well as the return costs.

The Customer undertakes to provide all information necessary for the proper delivery of the package.

The average time is 3 working days from collection by Mondial Relay for delivery to a Relay Point in mainland France. The average time is 2 working days from collection by La Poste for delivery in mainland France. The average time is 3 working days from collection by Geodis for delivery in mainland France.

 

Delivery to Relay Point

Oversized products are not supported by Mondial Relay. Depending on the information recorded by the Customer, the recipient of the package will be notified of the arrival of their package by email and/or SMS. If the package cannot be delivered to the destination Relay Point, MONDIAL RELAY may deliver it to the nearest available Relay Point and will notify the recipient. No refund of the service will be possible as a result.

 

Retention period

Packages are available at Point Relais® for 8 days with Mondial Relay, this period can be up to 14 calendar days with La Poste (Colissimo).

Packages that have not been collected or that have been refused by the recipient at the end of the availability period will be returned to the Sender via the drop-off Point Relais®.

 

Discount

The package is delivered to the recipient upon presentation of an identity document and against a digital signature on the Point Relais terminal. The signature on the electronic terminal and its reproduction constitute proof of delivery of the package to the recipient and the parties recognize that this signature has the same legal value as a handwritten signature*.

Packages are delivered to an agent of the recipient upon presentation of an identity document of the agent and an identity document of the recipient.

In some cases, Mondial Relay will send the recipient of the parcel a digital code called a "PIN Code", which the recipient or their agent must enter on the Relay Point terminal. This provision exempts the recipient from presenting their identity document, or their Agent from presenting their identity document as well as that of the recipient. The Customer acknowledges that the composition of the exact PIN Code is valid as recognition of the identity of the recipient.

Conversely, if the recipient is unable to enter the correct PIN code, the Relay Point will not be able to deliver the package, even if the recipient provides proof of identity.

The signature of the Recipient or their Agent on the terminal remains mandatory.

 

Home delivery (international)

When shipping parcels internationally, the Customer can opt for home delivery.

The recipient of the package will be informed of the delivery of their package by email and/or SMS.

The package will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer.

Mondial Relay/La Poste will not be able to ensure delivery of the package for which the delivery address is not correct and/or the package whose recipient refuses to take delivery. In this case, the package is returned to the sender, via the drop-off Relay Point.

The average time for international deliveries to a Relay Point or to your home (first presentation of the package), the average time is 3 to 6 working days depending on the destination.

Every international shipment is subject to value added tax and customs duties of the destination country. Goods must be declared to customs and VAT is due from the first euro.
You must pay them when importing, in order to obtain release of the goods for delivery.

You can choose to refuse the package or refuse to pay customs duties and taxes. In both cases, the package will be returned to the sender. Upon receipt, the order will be refunded without the amount of shipping costs and the return costs will be deducted as well.

 

International Shipping

Chin Mudra SAS delivers to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, England, Spain, Finland, Guadeloupe, Guyana, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Martinique, Mayotte, Monaco, Norway, New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Portugal, Reunion, Sweden, Switzerland, French Southern Territories and Wallis and Futuna.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order.

Delivery to a relay point: Attention! With Colissimo you have a maximum period of 15 working days to collect the packages from the relay point, after this period the packages will be returned to our warehouses, the reshipping of your order will then be billed to you. Keep a close eye on the tracking of the SMS and e-mails that will be sent to you by the carrier!

NB: If the selected relay point is full of parcels or unavailable, the parcel can be dropped off either at another relay point close to the one selected, or at a post office. If the parcel is not collected, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Shipping

Validated and paid orders will be processed and shipped within business hours, Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., orders placed after 4:00 p.m. will be shipped the next day, or within business days.

 

Delivery for professionals

Delivery is PAID by professionals in France and abroad. Chin Mudra SAS applies a scale to quotes based on the weight and final volume of the order.
