Delivery in France

Our prices are shown in euros, including taxes and VAT. Shipping costs for items ordered and delivered within France are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged according to a pricing schedule applied by Chin Mudra SAS, based on the final weight of the order (you can see the shipping cost when you have validated your shopping cart).
The price guaranteed to the buyer is the price indicated on the product page on the date the order is accepted by Chin Mudra SAS. Chin Mudra SAS reserves the right to modify its sales prices at any time. Customers who are absent at the time of delivery will have fourteen days to collect the package from their local post office and nine days to collect it from a DPD pickup point. Any package not claimed by the customer within this period will be returned to us by the postal/DPD services. The customer will then have to, if they wish, collect their products by paying the shipping and return costs again.

The Customer agrees to provide all information necessary for the proper delivery of the package.

The average delivery time varies depending on the destination country, the carrier, and product availability. These times are provided for informational purposes only.

  • Colissimo (La Poste) :

    • Metropolitan France: 2 to 4 business days
  • DPD :
    • Metropolitan France: 1 to 3 business days
  • Geodis (bulky/palletized deliveries):
    • Metropolitan France: 3 to 6 business days

 

Delivery to a Pickup Point

Oversized items are not handled by DPD. Based on the information provided by the customer, the recipient will be notified of the package's arrival by email and/or SMS. If delivery to the designated Pickup Point is not possible, DPD may deliver the package to the nearest available Pickup Point and will notify the recipient. No refund will be issued for this service.

 

Shelf life

Parcels are kept at Point Relais® for 9 days with DPD, and up to 14 calendar days with La Poste (Colissimo).

Any package not collected or refused by the recipient after this period will be returned to the Sender via the designated Pickup Point®. The costs associated with the return and any reshipment will remain the responsibility of the customer.

 

Discount

The parcel is handed over to the recipient upon presentation of identification and against a digital signature on the Relay Point terminal. The signature on the electronic terminal, as well as its reproduction, constitutes proof of delivery of the parcel to the recipient, and the parties acknowledge that this signature has the same legal value as a handwritten signature*.

Parcels are handed over to an agent of the recipient upon presentation of an identity document of the agent and an identity document of the recipient.

In some cases, DPD provides the parcel recipient with a digital code, called a "PIN code" or QR code, which the recipient or their authorized representative must enter on the terminal at the collection point. Entering this code exempts the recipient from presenting identification, and the authorized representative from presenting their own identification and that of the recipient. The customer acknowledges that entering the correct PIN code or QR code constitutes proof of the recipient's identity.

Conversely, if the recipient is unable to enter the correct PIN or QR code, the Relay Point will not be able to hand over the package, even if the recipient presents an identity document.

The signature of the recipient or their representative on the terminal remains mandatory.

 

Home delivery (international)

For international parcel delivery, the Customer can opt for home delivery.

The recipient of the package will be notified of the delivery of their package by email and/or SMS.

The parcel will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer.

DPD/La Poste cannot deliver parcels with incorrect delivery addresses and/or parcels refused by the recipient. In such cases, the parcel will be returned to the sender via the designated drop-off point.

The average delivery time for international shipments varies depending on the destination country, the carrier, and product availability. These times are provided for informational purposes only.

  • Colissimo (La Poste) :

    • Europe: 3 to 7 business days
    • International (outside the EU): 5 to 15 business days , depending on the destination
  • DPD :
    • Europe: 2 to 5 business days
    • Outside Europe: price upon request and subject to eligibility
  • Geodis (bulky/palletized deliveries):
    • Europe: 4 to 8 business days
    • Outside Europe: price upon request and subject to eligibility

Every international shipment is subject to value-added tax and customs duties in the destination country. Goods must be declared to customs, and VAT is due from the first euro.
You must pay them upon import, in order to obtain the release of the goods for delivery.

You can choose to refuse the package or refuse to pay any customs duties and taxes. In either case, the package will be returned to the sender. Upon receipt, the order will be refunded, excluding the shipping costs, and the return shipping costs will also be deducted.

 

International delivery

Chin Mudra SAS delivers to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, England, Spain, Finland, Guadeloupe, Guyana, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Martinique, Mayotte, Monaco, Norway, New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Portugal, Réunion, Sweden, Switzerland, French Southern Territories and Wallis and Futuna.

Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight of your order.

Delivery to a pickup point: Important! With Colissimo, you have a maximum of 14 business days to collect your parcel from the pickup point. After this period, the parcels will be returned to our warehouses, and you will be charged for reshipping your order. Please carefully monitor the tracking information provided by the carrier via SMS and email!

Note: If the selected collection point is full or unavailable, the parcel may be left at another nearby collection point or at a post office. If the parcel is not collected, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

 

Shipping

Validated and paid orders will be processed and shipped during business hours, Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. will be shipped the next day, or within the next business day.

 

Delivery for professionals

Delivery is PAID for by professionals in France and abroad. Chin Mudra SAS applies a pricing structure to quotes based on the weight and final volume of the order.
