- A food composed of at least 95% of ingredients from organic production methods, implementing agronomic and breeding practices that respect natural balances, the environment and animal welfare.
- Compliance with the regulations in force in France.
- A certification placed under the control of an organization approved by the French public authorities, meeting criteria of independence, impartiality, competence and efficiency as defined by the European standard EN 45011.
According to the CSA/Agence Bio 2008 barometer, 85% of French people are familiar with the AB brand and 84% of consumers use it as a reference when purchasing organic products.
