Machine washable mat at 30°C without spin cycle
Important care instructions:
Your mat is machine washable: Use a small amount of mild detergent and a cool wash cycle (no higher than 30°C). Do not use the spin cycle. Allow it to dry completely (do not use a tumble dryer or radiator).
Avoid wringing or using your mat before it is completely dry, as this may damage the surface. You can roll your mat with a towel and squeeze out the excess water to speed up the drying process.
You can also clean your yoga mat with a damp cloth.
