The Sandbag is used for stretching asanas in practice, aiming to achieve maximum suppleness.
100% GOTS* certified organically grown cotton
• Place the Sandbags on each knee in the lotus position to relax the abductor muscles.
• To stretch the arms behind the back.
• Place feet flat, aiming to stretch the calf muscles.
The sand is confined in a waterproof interior cover with a zip. The interior lining is zipped as well as the exterior cover to avoid sand leaking out.
The exterior lining can easily be taken off and washed.
The natural pigment colours are high quality. These bags are perfect for yoga studios or sports halls.
