The Studio-Mat has a very solid structure with a cotton veil in its core that makes it tear-proof and has two different surfaces, which can be used as desired. Designed for extreme practices and long durations, it is hard-wearing.
Important notes for use:
The more you use your mat, the more non-slip it will become! To speed up this process, you can also place the mat somewhere in your home for a week to walk on it, with bare feet.
Recommended for intensive practice, as well as for Iyengar yoga and Vinyasa yoga
Machine washable at 40° without spinning
Important care notes:
Your mat is machine washable: Use a little mild detergent and a cool wash cycle (no more than 30°C). Do not use the spin cycle. Give it some time to dry (do not use a tumble dryer or radiator)
Avoid wringing or using your mat before it is completely dry, as this may cause damage to the surface. You can roll your mat with a terry towel and squeeze out the excess water to speed up the drying process.
You can also clean your Yoga Mat with a damp cloth.
