The oval yoga bolster, used by the Iyengar schools, offers a wider support space and a lower height than a cylindrical yoga bolster. Its flat shape makes it easy to store.
The oval yoga bolster, like the cylindrical yoga bolster, has a removable cover with a small zip for easy maintenance.
It is of high quality and is ideal for relaxation, shoulder and recovery postures.
Its cover with carrying handle is made of organic cotton certified by GOTS.
Spelt ball certified organic by LACON INSTITUTE.
The spelt filling is firm and enclosed in a 100% organic cotton cover in ecru colour.
