Generously padded, this mat offers a soft, insulating surface that protects ankles, knees, and legs from contact with hard or cold floors. Used alone, with a zafu, or alongside a meditation bench, it creates a comfortable and inviting space, conducive to grounding, breathing, and centering.
We particularly love its organic hemp cover, a natural fiber known for its durability, breathability, and delicately textured appearance. Requiring less water than conventional cotton, hemp is also a sustainable choice for a more environmentally conscious practice. Its hemp/taupe hue gives it a style that is both understated, authentic, and warm.
Practical down to the smallest detail, the mat rolls up easily and stays in place thanks to its integrated straps. Its handle makes it easy to carry between home, the yoga studio, or a retreat.
The cover is removable thanks to the zipper located on the back of the mat.
Air the filling regularly and store your mat in a dry place.

The removable cover makes caring for your meditation mat easy. To preserve the color, texture, and fibers of the natural hemp, we recommend hand washing or machine washing on a cold cycle with a mild, natural detergent.
Allow it to air dry naturally and avoid tumble drying.
The inner organic cotton cover containing the filling should not be washed.
Its outer cover is made from natural hemp, 100% from GOTS-certified organic farming. It is removable thanks to a zipper located at the back of the rug. The kapok filling is traditionally made and carefully tucked into an ecru-colored cotton cover.
