Eco-Latex yoga mats are 100% eco-friendly, made from natural plant materials (latex and hemp). They are guaranteed PVC-free (PVC is a plastic that pollutes in the long term). At the end of its life, this yoga mat can be composted as it is completely ecological and biodegradable.
Superbly non-slip thanks to the hemp fabric, the small pores on the underside of the mat act like suction cups, making it extremely stable on the floor for a peaceful practice.

As this yoga mat is made of natural rubber, it is not recommended for Ashtanga or Vinyasa yoga.
Eco Latex and Hemp mats may have some slight irregularities due to the hemp. This is not a defect but a characteristic of the mat.
It is recommended not to wear socks when using this mat, as they are abrasive to the coating.
Do not expose to direct sunlight.
