Eco-Latex yoga mats are 100% eco-friendly, made from natural plant materials (latex and hemp). They are guaranteed PVC-free (PVC is a plastic that pollutes in the long term). At the end of its life, this yoga mat can be composted as it is completely ecological and biodegradable.
Superbly non-slip thanks to the hemp fabric, the small pores on the underside of the mat act like suction cups, making it extremely stable on the floor for a peaceful practice.

This yoga mat is not recommended for Ashtanga Yoga.
Eco Latex and Hemp mats may have some slight irregularities due to the hemp. This is not a defect but a characteristic of this rug.
It is recommended not to wear socks when using this rug, as they can be abrasive to the surface.
