The “Medimix” ayurvedic soap acts medically and effectively on different types of skin problems.

The ingredients and their properties:
- Vacha (Acorus Calamus Calamus Linn) Antibacterial, antiviral, deodorant, repels parasites from the body.
- Usheeram (Vetiveria zizanioides) Refreshes the body, effective against dry and wet eczema.
- Giggulu (Commiphora mukul – Indian Bedellium) Antiseptic, antibacterial, antiviral, anti-inflammatory agent, deodorant.
- Jyothishmathi (Celastrus paniculatus Wild) Improves the skin softness, prevents vitiated illnesses for dosha kapha.
- Dhanyaka (Coriandrum sativum Linn) Gives a pleasant scent to the body and refreshes it.
- Jeeraka (Cuminum cyminum Linn) Gives a pleasant scent to the body
- Yashtimadhu (Glycyrrhiza glabra Linn, Athimadhuram, Liquorice) The liquorice improves the complexion, acting like sun protection, removes excessive sebum, improves the growth of hair.
- Kutaja (Holarrhena antidysenterica) The Conessi bark and the freshness of the Kurchi, prevents excessive secretion of sebum.
- Nimba Twak (Azadirachta indica, Neem) Antiseptic, antifungal, antibacterial, anti-dandruff.
- Krishna Jeeraka (Nigella sativa) Natural deodorant.
- Chitraka (Plumbago rosea Linn) Antifungal, acts against dermatophytes, anti-dandruff, useful in lots of skin problems.
- Bakuchi (Psoralea corylifolia Linn, Babchi) Medically proved against psoriasis and vitiligo, improves growth of hair, prevents dandruff.
- Chopchini (Smilax china) Anti-inflammatory.
- Vanardraka (Zingiber zerumbet, Shampoo ginger, Pinecone ginger) Antifungal, antibacterial agent.
- Vidangam (Embelia ribes, False Pepper, Vidanga) Effective against all sorts of parasites.
- Sariba (Hemidesmus indicus Roxb, Hemidesmus. India Sarsaparilla. Nannari. Sariva) Prevents excessive secretion of sebum, itching, removes the body’s bad smell and prevents heat spread.
- Dharu Haridra (Berberis aristata, Berberry, Jaundice berry) Antibacterial, antifungal, against spots.
