Ingredients and their properties:
- Vacha (Acorus Calamus Calamus Linn): Antibacterial, antiviral, deodorizing, repels parasites from the body.
- Usheeram (Vetiveria zizanioides): Cools the body, effective against dry and wet eczema.
- Guggulu (Commiphora mukul - Indian Bedellium): Antiseptic, antibacterial, antiviral, anti-inflammatory, deodorizing.
- Jyothishmathi (Celastrus paniculatus Willd): Improves skin softness, prevents diseases associated with Kapha dosha.
- Dhanyaka (Coriandrum sativum Linn): Gives the body a pleasant scent and cools it.
- Jeeraka (Cuminum cyminum Linn) Gives the body a pleasant scent.
- Yashtimadhu (Glycyrrhiza glabra Linn, Athimadhuram, Liquorice) Licorice improves complexion, acts as sunscreen, removes excess sebum, and promotes hair growth.
- Kutaja (Holarrhena antidysenterica) Conessi bark and the freshness of Kurchi prevent excessive sebum secretion.
- Nimba Twak (Azadirachta indica, Neem) Antiseptic, antifungal, antibacterial, and anti-dandruff.
- Krishna Jeeraka (Nigella sativa) Natural deodorant.
- Chitraka (Plumbago rosea Linn) Antifungal, effective against dermatophytes, anti-dandruff, and useful for many skin problems. - Bakuchi (Psoralea corylifolia Linn, Babchi): Medically proven to treat psoriasis and vitiligo, improves hair growth, and prevents dandruff.
- Chopchini (Smilax china): Anti-inflammatory.
