Our covers are sold without sand to save you shipping costs on a 5kg package. You can easily find sand in any hardware store. We recommend filling them with sandbox sand; 5kg for a standard sandbag.

• Stretch the arms behind the back.
• Place them on the soles of the feet to stretch the calf muscles.
The natural pigment colors are of high quality. These bags are perfect for yoga studios or gyms.
The outer lining can be easily removed and washed.
