Sit comfortably with your feet firmly planted on the floor.
Rub your hands together, then clasp your fingers in front of your heart. Leave a space between your palms, as if you were holding a delicate object between them.
PS: Remember to relax your shoulders, keep your elbows away from your body, and your back straight.
