High quality porcelain lota. Porcelain is more solid than ceramics, all whilst being more enjoyable to use for practising the Jala Neti.
The lota helps nature to rid foreign bodies from the nasal passage and in the mucus membrane. Excellent against problems like sinusitis, pollution, prevents chills and keeps the olfactory nerve healthy.
Volume: 250ml.
• 100% natural Guerande sea salt to soften water during the practice of the Jala Neti (nasal shower).
The Sea salt that we use is of high purity, naturally white, non-ground and non-washed. The Guerande Sea Salt preserves all of its richness of trace elements, purer and finer than coarse salt.
Use 1 teaspoon of Sea Salt per Neti Pot.

Instructions for use:
1. Fill the Neti Lota with fresh water at room temperature
2. Put a spoonful of organic Neti Lota fleur de sel tea and stir to dissolve it.
3. Tilt your head to the right and place the end of the Neti Lota in the left nostril.
4. Once the nasal passages are filled, the water will flow by itself through the right nostril, let the water flow a little by breathing into your mouth.
5. Remove the Neti Lota from your nostril, plug the left nostril with a finger and powerfully expel the liquids with the impurities through the other nostril.
6. Repeat operations 3, 4 and 5 with this time the other nostril.
7. In order to dry the nasal passages, lean your torso forward at 90° in order to have the sinuses lower than the chest and exhale several times from both nostrils at the same time.
