The Extra-Mat has a very solid structure with a cotton fleece core that makes it tearproof and has two different surfaces, which can be used as desired. Designed for extreme and long term practices. It is a training mat par excellence that is suitable for all types of yoga.
Important notes for use:
The more you use your mat, the more non-slip it will become! To speed up this process you can also place the mat somewhere in your home for a week and walk on it with bare feet.
Important notes for maintenance:
Your carpet is machine washable: Use a little mild detergent and a cool wash cycle (not more than 30°C). Do not use the spin cycle. Give it some time to dry (do not use a tumble dryer or radiator)
Avoid wringing or using your carpet before it is completely dry, as this may cause damage to the surface. You can roll your rug with a terry towel and squeeze out the excess water to speed up the drying process.
You can also clean your yoga mat with a damp cloth.
