Sit comfortably in an armchair with your feet firmly planted on the floor.
Rub your hands together to activate the energy, then place your thumb on the nail of your ring finger.
Extend your other fingers and let your hands hang gently at your sides. Breathe deeply and relax your shoulders, letting the tension escape.
Hold this pose, breathing deeply for 36 breaths.
