The oval yoga bolster, used by the Iyengar schools, offers a wider support space and a lower height than a cylindrical yoga bolster. Its flat shape makes it easy to store.
The oval yoga bolster, like the cylindrical yoga bolster, has a removable cover with a small zip for easy maintenance.
It is of high quality and is ideal for relaxation, shoulder and recovery postures.
Its cover with carrying handle is made of organic cotton certified by GOTS*.
The Kapok filling is firm and elastic, it is enclosed in a 100% organic cotton cover in ecru colour.

To clean the cover, we strongly advise you not to remove the stuffing so as not to lose the shape acquired after many hours of practice.
To clean it, you can dab the entire surface with double-sided tape to remove any accumulated dust. And in the event of a persistent stain, you can use a small wet wipe with a neutral ph to avoid damaging the fabric and preserve the brilliance of the colours.
An ecru protective cover is supplied with each zafu.
