Solid bamboo meditation bench for comfortable sitting in the diamond posture (Vajrasana).
This folding meditation bench allows the pelvis to tilt slightly forward, while naturally straightening the upper back for a comfortable posture. Ideal for people who find it difficult to stay in the meditation postures for long periods.
The legs can be folded for easy transport. Sold in an organic cotton bag.
Each foot has a PU non-slip pad to prevent slipping on the floor or tiles when practising.
The book shows that everyone can take up yoga: the flexible or not, muscular or not, men or women, young or old.

Our benches are polished, no chemicals are used in their design. With bamboo growing about one metre each day, it seemed obvious to us to use this raw material for the design of our benches, thus preserving the forest that is dear to us.
Please note that the Diamond bench is entirely hand-made, each model has nuances and veins, which makes it both alive and unique.
