Ghee is from clarified butter. It is a powerful Rasayana (the rasayana stimulates and strengthens intelligence of each cell, fortifies bodily functions and revitalises the organism and the body), it is the most renowned fatty substance in India. It additionally remains our best agent for frying and for all cooked dishes of which the preparation requires a fatty substance, ideal for good digestion of food and for a healthy life. Clarified butter has a small nutty taste.
Our Ghee is 100% natural, preservative-free and unsterilized. It can be stored in the fridge for several weeks before opening.
