The “Om” sound wraps around its entire essence being of creation. The ancient texts believe that, before connecting to the power, we must first connect to “Om”. They says that the “Om” incantation brings in its being, profound realities, “Om” recharges all human senses, erasing vibrations and negative auras.

Like the sun produces light from energy, alternatively illuminating the entire creation, at the same time by reciting the “Om” incantation, the body receives energy, our mind, our body and our soul is purified, thus allowing our being to be connected to God, the omnipresent force, all-knowing and omnipotent of the universe.

The energy of supreme happiness crosses the heart and the mind and makes the three planes of our existence joyous. The “Om” incantation is used for a pure Vedic Sadhana.
